Llafranc was once a quaint fishing village, and now it’s one of the most beautiful and sought-after towns on the Costa Brava. Take a leisurely walk from one end of the beach to the other; it takes about 10 minutes, though locals may take half an hour as they stop to greet each other. At one end of the promenade is the port, a small marina accessible only to pedestrians (only those with boats there can drive). At the other end are the stairs (just in front of the pharmacy) that lead to Calella.
Be cautious of mosquitoes in the evening, particularly within the port area. For the rest of the day, there’s no need to worry about mosquitoes.
Having an ice cream is a MUST; l’Anxeneta is recommended, although I prefer not to mention it anymore as I don’t want more people, as we already have enough queues.
