Ceramics & Antiques in La Bisbal

La Bisbal is approximately a 20-25 minute drive from Llafranc and is renowned for its ceramics and antique shops. The Catalan term “brocanters” is used, encompassing restored old furniture and antiques, often sold at fairs rather than in traditional antique shops.

From a commercial perspective, La Bisbal features a main street housing its primary shops.

The town is also known for its desserts, including the “bisbalenc” and “Rus,” along with the Empordà buñuelos (bunyols de l’Empordà), which have a hint of anise and are a traditional treat during the Advent period.
