Llafranc and its coast are a paradise for diving. The boats offering these activities operate continuously during the summer.
Unlike other towns, here you don’t have to descend too many meters (there is a lot to visit within 30 meters) to enjoy a good dive.
One of the points that is usually visited is the Ullastres, which are three submerged mountain rock formations less than two miles from Llafranc. Here, you can dive while observing the rocks, as well as fauna such as barracudas, lobsters, or local rock fish like the serranos and the julivías (coris julis, but only in Palafrugell are they called julivías).
There are several dive centers, but I personally recommend Triton Diving.
